1. Who we are
These terms govern your use of www.aeroversetech.com (the “Site”), operated by Aeroverse Technology (“Aeroverse”, “we”, “us”), Globsyn Crystals, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You can reach us at aatrayoch@aeroversetech.com.
2. Agreement to these terms
By using the Site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our drone light shows and to contact us. You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or to the systems that host it;
- copy, scrape or harvest its content or images by automated means;
- interfere with the operation of the Site; or
- misrepresent who you are when you send us an enquiry.
4. Enquiries are not bookings
The enquiry form and our email address exist so that you can tell us about a show you have in mind. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, reserve a date, or form a contract of any kind. A show is confirmed only when a written agreement, or a written quotation accepted by you, has been signed by both parties. We may decline any enquiry at our discretion.
5. Shows and services
Every show we fly is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out the scope, price, payment terms, dates, permits, weather and safety contingencies, and cancellation terms. Where that agreement and these Site terms differ, the show agreement prevails. In general:
- Permissions. Drone flights in India require permissions from the relevant authorities, including the Directorate General of Civil Aviation and the local administration or police, and, where applicable, from the venue. Timelines shown on the Site (for example the “five weeks of runway”) are typical planning guidance, not a promise that a permit will be granted for a particular date.
- Safety first. We may pause, shorten, postpone or cancel a flight where weather, airspace, crowd conditions or equipment make it unsafe or unlawful to proceed. What happens to fees in that event is set out in the show agreement.
- Our work. Formation designs, animations and show programming we create remain our property unless the show agreement says otherwise.
6. Content and intellectual property
The Site and everything on it (text, the Jugnu and Aeroverse names and marks, photographs, renders, the animated frame sequence, formation images, and the underlying code) belongs to Aeroverse or are used under licence. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any part of it without our written permission.
Formation images on the Site illustrate the kind of shapes a show can hold. Every show is designed for its own venue and brief.
7. Accuracy of information
We work to keep the Site accurate, but descriptions, specifications and process timelines are general and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or a guarantee that a show, date or aircraft is available.
8. Third-party services
The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and, when the enquiry form is used without a form-delivery service configured, hands your enquiry to your own email application. The Location section can also load an embedded Google Map of our office, but only after you press the button that asks for it, or if you have already chosen “Accept all” in the cookie banner. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for websites we link to.
9. Liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeroverse excludes all warranties in relation to the Site and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Liability in relation to a show is governed by the show agreement.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this section tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them or from the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Aeroverse Technology collects through the Site, why, and what rights you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind, and applies to visitors from anywhere.
1. What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, organisation, the occasion, the event date, the city or venue, the expected audience, and anything you write about the show.
- Technical data. Like almost every website, the servers that host the Site record basic details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, in their logs, for security and to keep the Site running.
- Your cookie choice. Whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies, so that we do not ask you again. See the Cookie Policy.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on the Site at present. If we add analytics in future, they will run only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, and this policy will be updated.
2. Why we use it
- to respond to your enquiry, assess the venue and date, and prepare a proposal or quotation;
- to plan and deliver a show you have booked, including permit applications that require the venue and date;
- to keep reasonable business records and meet legal obligations; and
- to keep the Site secure and working.
We rely on your consent (the box you tick before sending an enquiry), on the steps needed to respond to your request and enter into a contract with you, and on our legitimate need to run and protect the Site.
3. How an enquiry travels
The Site is a static website. Depending on how it is configured, the enquiry form either opens your own email application with the message filled in, in which case nothing is sent until you press send there, or posts the form to a form-delivery service that forwards it to our mailbox. Either way, your enquiry ends up in our email, where it is handled by the team that will reply to you.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers that run parts of our operation for us (web hosting, email and, if configured, form delivery) who process it on our instructions;
- authorities, venues and partners, where that is necessary to obtain permissions for a show you have asked us to plan, and only to the extent needed; and
- anyone we are required by law to share it with.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to reply, to plan a show, and to keep reasonable business records afterwards. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, to delete it, or to withdraw a consent you gave. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. To do any of this, email aatrayoch@aeroversetech.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we may need to verify that the request comes from you.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can raise a grievance at the same address and, if it remains unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party services
- Google Fonts. The Site loads its typefaces from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts are requested. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles that data.
- Google Maps. The Location section of the home page can show an embedded map of our office. It is not requested when the page loads. It is fetched only after you press “Load the map”, or automatically if you have already chosen “Accept all” in the cookie banner. Once it loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies inside that frame. Until then, nothing is sent to Google Maps and the address is shown as plain text. See Google’s privacy policy.
- Your email application, if the enquiry form opens it, is governed by its own provider’s policy.

Cookie Policy

1. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files a website places in your browser. Local storage is a similar mechanism for remembering information between visits. Both can be essential (needed for the site to work or to honour your choices) or non-essential (analytics, advertising, social media).

No analytics, advertising or social-media cookies are set at present. If we add any, they will be listed here and will run only after you choose “Accept all”.
3. Third-party requests
Loading typefaces from Google Fonts sends a request to Google’s servers. Google states that the Fonts service does not set cookies, but the request does disclose your IP address. See the Privacy Policy.
The Location section of the home page can show an embedded Google Map of our office. That map is not loaded with the page. It is fetched only when:
- you press “Load the map” on the placeholder; or
- you have already chosen “Accept all” in the cookie banner, in which case it loads as you scroll to it.
Once the map loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies and local storage inside that frame. Those are Google’s, not ours, and they are covered by Google’s cookie policy. If you choose “Essential only” and never press the button, no request is made to Google Maps at all: the office address is shown as ordinary text either way.
4. Your choices
- Use the cookie banner when it appears, or the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, to change your choice at any time.
- Choosing “Essential only” keeps the office map from loading unless you press the button on it yourself. Reloading the page clears a map you have already loaded.
- Your browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data. Doing so will make the banner appear again and may affect how the Site works.
